What we're up to

Much journeyed Rotterdam indie-rock quintet Tramhaus return with the release of their sophomore album Blister. Pushing Tramhaus forwards is their gang mentality, and core belief that a network of global friendships patiently built up over the last five years will see them right.

We are happy to release the album on coloured LP / LP / CD / Tape / Digital in a coalition with these other labels Subroutine Records (Netherlands), Vicious Circle (France), Bronson Recordings (Italy), Lovers & Lollypops (Portugal) and Peleton Records (Poland).

Don't miss them in Vienna! Tramhaus gonna play Siluh Soirée on Nov 19 at Kollektiv Kaorle along with label mates Modecenter!

Happy album release!
The new EUROTEURO album “Magic” marks a musical reorientation. The lyrics alternate between German and English and explore themes ranging from grief and comfort to doubt and hope.
Following their previous “Volume” releases, which served as collections of singles, “Magic” stands as the first cohesive EUROTEURO album. It was created in a collaborative process with, among others, the Viennese musicians Alexander Kranabetter, Topsy Turvy, Soap&Skin, Voodoo Jürgens, Elise Mory, Sweet Sweet Moon, Farce, Katarina Maria Trenk and many more.

“The Quest for Zelda’s favourite krautrock jam continues” Loud & Quiet

“Trying to describe Takeshi's Cashew is almost as much fun as listening to them" Still Listening

“Could accompany an intergalactic voyage through a wormhole leading further dimensions way beyond our mortal realm” Hard of Hearing

Sharing the latest teaser from forthcoming new album Planet Odyssey 64 - due 30th October - cult Viennese psych outfit Takeshi’s Cashew share cruising, synth-chirping new single ‘Sessellift’.

Continuing to reveal their self-styled brand of “psych medieval Nintendo Core”, ‘Sessellift’ - which takes its title from a German word for the ‘booster’ that gives you the starting push downhill when skiing - is distinctly childlike and playful. Channeling the band’s experiences growing-up near the Alps, while also taking on musical inspiration from the classic loop-based videogame soundtracks they played in their youth, Takeshi’s Cashew bring their expansive, cosmo-funk instrumentals and penchant for mediaeval folk melody into yet more fantastical realms.
