Takeshi's Cashew

The Viennese collective TAKESHI’S CASHEW present their new album “Planet Odyssey 64” on October 30, 2026. After worldwide tours with their first two albums, the band took a creative break and now returns with a fresh sound. Their signature analog cosmo-funk has been expanded to include electro influences. The six musicians experimented with vintage synthesizers, drew inspiration from classic computer game themes, and created a completely new sonic universe. Their infectious enthusiasm for playing music gave rise to the idea for a concept album called “Planet Odyssey 64”. Join us on a journey with this extraordinary and truly unique group.
