TRAMHAUS release new single "Plovdiv" and announce their sophomore album "Blister"

We're excited to announce the brand-new single from dutch post-punk group TRAMHAUS. It's the first foretaste of the upcoming sophomore album "Blister" (due Oct 9, 2026) that will be released via an international indie-label team including Siluh Records along with Subroutine Records (NL), Vicious Circle (FR), Bronson Recordings (IT), Lovers & Lollypops (PT) and Peleton Records (PL).

‘Plovdiv’ - named after the Bulgarian city where the track was partly written and premiered on Sunday by KEXP’s Kevin Cole - emphatically sets the tone of a band weathered, but infinitely wiser. Recorded at GAM studio within Belgium’s Ardennes Forest, with its brooding lyricism and moodier maturer sound, ‘Plovdiv’ marbles the brighter hues of their work with a potent stew of post-hardcore, grunge, and goth-tinted influences. Speaking more about the track, Tramhaus say:
Plovdiv is a song about our experiences on tour, as an ode to the people and places we
get to know along the way, gaining a network of friends that span the entire globe. But it is also a story about how to keep sane while on the road, how to ride that wave of intensity, surrendering to losing control.

CULK share another song from upcoming album "smogstar" (4.9.2026)

Once again, the Viennese band CULK attempts, in its own unique way, to capture our present moment in all its ambivalence. What is it like to be human in today’s world, with its boundless possibilities, its existential and future anxieties, its search for meaning, and its questions of identity?

CULK creates a state of limbo between euphoria and overwhelm, capturing the pulsating sensation of that in-between space. Everything is so exciting. Everything is too much. Everything at once. Sophie Löw’s insightful and poetic lyrics shed light on the existential doubts of our time: “Laufe am seidenen Faden / Ja ich weiß, du hast Fragen / Doch ich weiß nur wer ich nicht bin”
A wonderfully edgy, shimmering spotlight on our present. Recorded and produced in collaboration with Sophie Lindinger (Leyya, My Ugly Clementine).
